off Highway 297, trail riding, hiking, fishing, kayaking,
rafting, biking are all easily accessible. Shopping is available
in Jamestown (20 minutes) or Oneida (25 minutes).

RATES:

$85 / night (plus applicable taxes, based on 2 adults, 2 night minimum)
$10 / night for each additional guest
$120 / night during the August 127 Yard Sale with a minimum of 3 nights
$10 per night per horse

$40 cleaning fee
$200 deposit required but is refundable following
final cabin cleaning and inspection
Pet Friendly (with conditions);
We do require an additional $20 pet cleaning fee

3 night minimum stay during holidays

Pay Pal, Cashiers Check, and Personal Checks (received 10 days prior to arrival) accepted

Charcoal and Lighter Fluid
Hay, Horse Feed, and Bedding.
Hay is normally available locally but check prior to arrival.
